Likhaya is an eco-fashion social enterprise that aims to empower women through employment and entrepreneurship by creating upcycled jewelry, sustainable bags, and learning experiences.The start-up acceleration and the preparation the creation of a separate entity from Virlanie Foundation

Referral Program Mechanics

Area of Coverage: Philippines only



Donate or sponsor to Virlanie children at least Php 800.00 through any of our donation channels (e.g. website, bank transfer, Lazada, Shopee and Grab) A proof of donation must be sent by filling up the form.


Refer new Virlanie donor/sponsor. Each referred donor must also donate at least Php 800.00 and must fill up the referral and donation form.


Each successful referral is equivalent to 20 Likhaya points. Each point is convertible to a Likhaya item or discount (20 Likhaya Points = Php 20 discount)


The more donor you refer, the more Likhaya items or discounts you will get.


Donors/Sponsors can claim their Likhaya items every first Friday of the month at Virlanie Foundation-Head Office starting November 6, 2020 until January 8, 2021 or they can opt to have it delivered via courier services.

How we help street mothers?

To provide more sustainable livelihoods for mothers in poor communities like Tondo and Quiapo, we offer:


  • An enabling environment, meaning an output-based set-up that allows them to craft at home or in our center while taking care of their children.
  • A fair compensation and savings opportunities that allows them to support their children’s needs
  • An access to free trainings to develop skills and experience career growth or develop they own entrepreneurship project after the program

Virlanie Foundation

Virlanie Foundation is a private, non-profit organization reaching out to street children in the Philippines. Virlanie cares for children in need of special protection—those who are abandoned, abused, exploited, neglected, orphaned, and among the poorest of the poor.
